Go to www.mypayflex.com to access PayFlex web
portal.

Click Login to begin.

Enter in Username and Password and click
Submit. Username and password is case
sensitive.

Click on I forgot my password. - Second Screen (not shown)
- Member Number Enter your social security number
- Zip Code Enter your home address zip code
- Click Submit

- Answer Security Question
- Security Answer Type your answer case
sensitive - Fourth Screen (not shown)
- Enter new password
- Re-type new password (for verification)
- Please put your password in a location that you
will be able to find it. PayFlex will not be able
to see your password in the event you forget it

After clicking Ok, your delete order confirmation
will show up. Select delete order. You will be
redirected to the transportation benefits online
ordering platform.

Greater Metropolitan Area

Card Plus as your Provider

Product Name This example is for Chicago Card
Plus 30-Day Pass

Select No, I need a card or Yes, I have a
card If you have a card, enter your cards
serial number and PIN. Otherwise, a new card will
be sent to you and the CTA fee of 5 will be
added to your order. Enter a 4 character
alpha/numeric PIN for your new card.

You will be asked to confirm your address and
email address provide your phone number for the
CTA and check the box to certify that you accept
the indicated terms and conditions.

If you want your order to automatically reoccur
each month, select Yes
If yes, set your reoccurring options here. You
can indicate the months you want to receive your
order up to 12 months in advance
When complete, click on the Purchase button.
16DePaul University Transportation Program
After clicking purchase, your order confirmation
will show. You can review your transit order
here. Select Return to Home to make changes.
You may order more than one product such as a CTA
card and METRA tickets. You will also see your
pre and post-tax payroll deductions.
