    system(s).
  • Get into detail no more hand waving type
arguments and what you present should be solid

  • Examples free body diagrams, power and energy
    balances (budgets), etc.

  • Show any hardware that you have designed or built

UPDATE PRESENTATION FEEDBACK COMMENTS
  • Double check what you are calling a goal vs.
    objective vs. requirements
  • Example CFD Model is not an objective
  • Example MATLAB Model is not an objective
  • Be clear as to who is setting requirements and
why or where they came from
  • Any pictures or figures that are not your own
    MUST have a reference
  • Define any symbols that you use
  • You only have to define them once, the first time
    you use them
  • Get rid of articles (like the) and shorten text
    wherever possible
  • Figures and Plots
  • Axes labels and legends must be legible almost
    as large as main text
  • Add labels to point things out on a photo or
    drawing
  • Need 1-2 bullets that describe what the plot is
    saying to the audience
  • Sides with models, analysis, calculations,
    pictures, etc. need a message
