CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND ORDER PROCESS
  • Production
  • When you are satisfied with the sample and you
    would like to initiate the full production of
    your goods, well require a signed purchase
    order. Once we receive your signed purchase order
    and deposit, we will work with our factory
    partners to produce your goods in a timely
    manner. Production will be ready in 45-60 days.
    You will be given full production timeline
    expectations.
  • Requirements gathering
  • The first step, for an account team, is to work
    with you on determining the full requirements
    and specifications of your project. These
    requirements typically include estimated
    quantities, purchase frequency, current price,
    target price, packaging requirements, full
    product specifications, and the relative
    marketing information, etc.
  • The digital artworks and color specifications of
    customers logo and printing material are
    required before designing process for the design
    professionals to define precise image. Youll be
    appreciated if you would provide digital files
    from your Visual Identify System, which our
    design professionals will understand and follow
    precisely. Digital artworks are preferred to the
    formats AI or CDR, and along with JPEG or PDF
    for our reference.
  • Color applies to the profitable marketing of
    goods and services. To ensure that the
    participators from both of the parties are able
    to achieve a sure and exact color, we will
    provide or ask for the color codes from PMS
    (Pantone Matching System) or NCS (Natural Color
    System). To reproduce full-color graphic images,
    4-Color Process (CMYK) will be required for
    typical printing presses.
  • Quality control
  • During the production process and before any
    items are packaged, our quality control team will
    be on-site at the factories to assure that your
    product is produced according to the quality and
    technical guidelines that you have presented to
    us. The quality control procedures include
    on-site inspection of raw materials, in-line
    production, pre-packaging, final inspection and
    pre-shipment. JIARs final inspection procedures
    follow internationally recognized standards.
  • Shipping
  • After our quality control team has cleared your
    product for shipment, our logistic crew will
    arrange shipping affairs according to your
    instructions and shipping routine. We will
    oversee the transportation of your product from
    the warehouse, to the port, and onto a shipping
    vessel. A shipping advice will be provided for
    every lot once the Customs Clearance is executed.
    Documentation will be cared and presented at your
    requests in limited time.
  • Quoting
  • The account team will submit your data to our
    product development team. They work with our
    factories to generate the most competitive
    pricing without sacrificing quality and function.
    In a couple of days, you will receive a complete
    quote from us, including Unit Price on FOB
    China, Minimum Order Quantity, any applicable
    Mold Fees, the Sampling Charges, estimated units
    for 20'/40' container, and an estimated shipping
    charge
  • Sampling
  • After you have approved the quote and provided
    any applicable sampling fees, we will run the
    sample for you. When this sample is completed,
    you will receive pictures for preliminary
    approval. You will then receive the actual
    sample. Should the sample be insufficient or
    required minor changes, we will then proceed with
    the creation of another sample for you. Samples
    typically take 1-4 weeks to produce depending on
    the nature of product.
