Pilot Project

• The pilot project would be launched on a district
  of Herat, by installing Dehqan on simple phones
  of farmers to test and get feedbacks.
• The pilot project would take one year.
• 6 months for developing and testing.
• 6 months for implementing the pilot project.
• The estimated budget needed for pilot project is
  about 65000 USD

• After outcome of pilot project, whole project
  implementation will start by
• Contracting Telecommunication company to provide
  Dehqan SIM card which the Dehqan application can
  be accessed.
• Implementation of project would cover all over
  Afghanistan.
