Our Beginnings
We are a not-for-profit organization Founded in
1993 in affiliation with several educational
associations including AACRAO, NASFAA, COHEAO,
NCHELP, et-al.

The Clearinghouse Mission
  • We serve the education community by facilitating
    the exchange and understanding of student
    enrollment, performance, and related information

  • Report Federal FA Enrollments
  • Verify Enrollment Degree Status
  • Collect Transcript Request data
  • Exchange Electronic Transcripts
  • Track Student Progress

  • All of our services are, or can be, provided
  • FREE OF COST
  • to collegiate institutions

Guiding Philosophy
  • The users of data, not the providers, should pay
    the costs
  • To receive data, institutions must share the same
    data

    currently enrolled students)

  • Borrower records from guaranty agencies and
    most loan servicers
