• The need of the preparatory meetings
• a. The aim and the issues of the meetings was
  not clear for many participants
• b. Many of them doesnt know anything about
  the budget (in years) of their LG.
• c. Many of them doesnt know about the
  previous investment or initiative that their LG
  has initiate.
• d. Most of the participants doesnt know the
  which are the responsabilities of the LG and
  which are the limits of the local Governance.

• Need for the preparatory meeting in subzone with
  the aim to explain clearly the objectives of the
  second meetings.
• Number of participants
• a. In some cases the number of the
  participants was 5-10 of the zone population,
  so the priorities and the representatives are not
  aproved from the majority of the zone population.
