• The Cowan Ave. Elementary school team of
  paraprofessionals have put together
  accommodations based on the state standards.
• They took a standard and wrote accommodations for
  the standard

• Labeling common objects

Comprehension Strategies

• Ask what has happened so far
• Re-read main ideas of each paragraph
• Differentiate between details and main idea
• Ask leading questions- Did the children go in to
  the woods? (yes/no)
• Give answer choices
