Methodology

• Selecting the most representative process of
  postal activity.
• Designing questionnaires to collect environmental
  aspects.
• Selecting samples from establishments to audit
  according to the representativeness of the
  activity under study 86.7 of Postal Production
  is developed in the cities observed.
