• Notify the USF proctor, Kim Lottes at

• AACN charges a 75 change fee.
• No show must re-apply

• Bring identification
• Multiple Choice Exam starts 10am
• Arrive at 945am
• Simulation starts at 1pm
• Arrive at 1245pm
• Each exam is 2 hours
