etc are specific to taluk. - After SDC standardized by using link code
concept.
11Conversion of all 203 databases into one
centralized database
- All 203 database are centralized at SDC.
- These are 203 individual databases.
- The has been done because of following reasons
- Effective database replication purpose
- Easy to maintain 203 individual database rather
than having such huge single database. - Easy for generation of various types of MIS
reports for planners administrators.
12Centralized database should be operated from the
State Data Centre
- Bhoomi has two major activities

- Delivery of services can be done from any where
- Delivery of services are being done through 800
telecentres. - The updation of records has to be done at the
taluk office by the department officials only. - Presently non availability of good network has
resulted in using of client server technology. - In view of upcoming WAN, Bhoomi is now being
redesigned. - How much of centralization
