3Mathamma alias Subhashini was married with
Chandra of SBR Puram village Vadamalpet Madal on
11th March 2005. For both Subhashini and Chandra
was their first marriage. This wedding was
facilitated by our Social Worker Mr. Guravaiah.
4P.Mathamma, Kothapalyem, B.N.Kandriga was married
to Mr. Chirala on 20, October 2004. This was the
first marriage for both of them. The wedding was
facilitated by our Social Worker Ms. Sujatha
5Mathamma alias Chengamma married with Dhananjaya
of V.S.Puram Village, B.N.Kandriga Mandal on
23-2-2005. Both Chengamma and Dhananjaya were
single before they married each other Social
Worker Ms. P.Sujatha facilitated this wedding.
6T.Mathamma married Janakiram on 3rd Sep2004 at
Dasukuppam village, Satyavedu mandal. This was
the first marriage for the couple.Mr.
Munikrishnaia, Social Worker facilitated this
marriage.
7Mathamma alias Chandramathi was mother of two
children who had no social father when she
married widower Mr.Chengalrayulu of Thimmaiakunta
village, Renigunta mandal. Mr. A.Jyothikumar,
Social Worker facilitated their wedding.
8 PREVENTING PERFORMANCE OF MATHAMMA DANCE IN
KOLUPU FESTIVALS
9Social worker Ms. Sujatha along with Velugu
Mandal Samakhya protest against the Mathamma
dance ritual with village elders of Kumara
Venkatapuram (B.N.kandriga Mandal) village elders
who were organizing the events as part of the
annual Kolupu celebration.
10Social worker Ms. Sujatha of B.N.Kandriga mandal
submits a memorandum to the Sub-Inspector of
Police of B.N.Kandriga mandal to take action
against the Mathammas dance during Kolupu
celebrations
11HEALTH
12Koteswara Rao (aged 4 years) of Nethakuppam
village in Ramachandrapuram mandal was diagnosed
with Nervous disorder and taken to BIRDS Hospital
for necessary treatment. The Social Worker
Neelakantam facilitated the journey and the
treatment.
13Mathamma alias Padma D/o Krishnaiah,
Varadaiahpalyem village and mandal was suffering
from nervous disorder. MICDA facilitated medical
care and supplied the child with medicines. It
was heartening when Padma was de-dedicated
through our sustained efforts and now on the road
to recovery.
14Baby Tanuja of Dornakambala, Chandragiri mandal
had been suffering from valvular heart disease.
MICDA facilitated the necessary heart surgery at
SVIMS Hospital on 20-3-2005 under the TTD
Pranadanam Scheme. Mr. Sunil of ASHA Seattle
visits baby Tanuja in the Hospital.
15Support for Differently Abled Persons
16Tricyle was supplied to Mr. Mathaiah, Nadavalur
village, Ramachandrapuram mandal, who is
physically handicapped due to polio. Mr.
N.Neelakantam facilitated acquiring of tricycle.
17Mrs. Savithramma aged 32 years, Thimmarajupalle,
Ramachandrapuram mandal is physically
handicapped. She was given a travel concession
pass from APSRTC. Neelakantam, Social Worker
facilitated this.
18Callipers was acquired for Chandrasekhar, who is
a 11 years boy who is physically challenged. He
belongs to Venkatareddy Kandriga village,
Pichatur Mandal. Mr.Neelakantam, Social Worker
facilitated this.
19PHC certificates were acquired for handicapped
girls (Mathammas Renuka and Chellamma), following
which they were able to get travel concession and
pension benefits. This was facilitated by our SW
Mr. D.Nagabhushanam
20Mr. Lakshmiah, CLN Palle, Varadaiahpalyem mandal
was given a hearing aid. This was facilitated by
Mr. Nagabhushanam
21Ms. Renuka (Mathamma) provided with a tricylce
and admitted in Mahila Pranganam for training in
Vocational course. Mr. Sunil and Ms. Aarti look
on. This was facilitated by Mr. Nagabhushanam,
Social Worker, Varadaiahpalyem mandal
22 23Chengalrayulu, Paramala village, R.C.Puram
mandal, who is a TB patient has been undergoing
treatment. Mr. Neelakantam, Social Worker
facilitated the entire process of the diagnosis
and treatment
24K. Srinivasulu, Chenchurayala Kandriga of
Pichatur mandal was identified as TB patient and
provided necessary treatment and medicines by
T.Neelakantam, Social Worker
25Mr. Chinnaiah, Rajiv Gandhi colony, Renigunta
mandal was suffering from severe lung infection.
He was referred to SVRRG Hospital, Tirupati by
Mr. A.Jyothi Kumar, Social Worker. As they set of
to the hospital..
26Bodaiah, a TB patient belongs to A.N Kandriga
village, Nagalapuram mandal. Mr.Sankaraiah,
Social Worker is a DOT provider to the patient.
