the house. I felt a big chill run through my body
as I got to the bottom of the garden. I could see
smoke in the sky coming from the old, broken
chimley. I began to walk into the weird garden.
    Suddenly there was a noise.

Helping with Reading what advice would you give?
  • In the poem The Surfer, the poet describes the
sea as a grey snarling wolf. He describes how
surfing is a battle between the surfer and the
sea. Although it is a battle, we know that the
surfer is enjoying the experience. The poet
compares the surfer and the sea Muscle of arm
thrust down long muscle of water.
