• This committee also guides the program of
  education and orientation for our legislators and

  contacts.

• An organization enters into a contract with one

• Conflicts can be avoided by not contracting with
  other parties and providing full disclosure.
• Board members may not accept any money, gift, or
  bribe as a means of influencing your vote or
  action
