Purpose

Purpose To evaluate experience of neoadjuvant
concurrent chemo-radiotherapy using oral UFT and
leucovorin given to patients with locally
advanced adenocarcinoma of rectum.
Conclusion
To our experience, neoadjuvant concurrent
chemo-radiotherapy containing UFT and leucovorin
is safe and effective treatment for patients with
locally advanced rectal cancer.
