  • Apply and pay fee online at www.nsula.edu/applyfo
    radmission.asp.
  •  
  • Proof of Immunization Compliance
  • Or request for waiver.
  • Copy of Selective Service Registration Card
  • Males 18-25 yrs to register or obtain proof
    visit www.sss.gov.
  • Official High School and/or College Transcript(s)
  • The Student Transcript System (STS) will be used
    to obtain the official transcript for Louisiana
    high school graduates of years 2003 to present.
    Official college transcripts must be requested
    from the student and mailed directly to the
    Office of Admissions from the previous
    institution.
  • Official ACT or SAT Scores
  • Official COMPASS scores or transfer credits from
    a regionally accredited institution can also be
    used to determine developmental need.
