Properties 1

• Concrete is capillary active and has to be
  coated for pressure water resistance
• Concrete is good pressure stabel (needels stick
  together) but poor tear stabel
• Concrete contains app. 25 Calciumhydroxide, is
  therefore very alcalic and reacts with acids (CO2
  of the air)
• Concrete is a multi phase system, shrincs with
  drying and get's therefore easily cracs and has
  to be armed with steel
• Steel reinforcement needs a 3 cm concrete
  coverage for corrosion protection

• Steel and concrete are heavy, therefore are
  only limited hight and span with for construction
  are possibel
• Concrete is only limited temperatur stabel and
  need fire protection
• Concrete reacts as a solid binder system with
  poor adhesion to substrates and themselve
• The cement production leads to 5 of worldwide
  CO2 emission
• Concrete as powder or liquid is heaviliy
  alcalic and need therefore safety labeling
  (working and environment safety)

A/S

• Sinnodur is threedimentional crosslinked and so
  pressure water tight without coating
• Sinnodur contains pure CSH phases (without
  Ca(OH)2) and is so stabel against acids, bases,
  UV, abraision and temperature
• One phase system, drying without cracs,
  shrinkage and salt efflorescence
• Low alkali content, so with cheap, durable
  glass fibers reinforment possibel, with excellent
  adhesion to the glass fibers
• Liquid binder system for good underground
  penetration and adhesion

  (temperatur shock resistant) an with this fire
  protected
