Purpose
  • Foster a supportive and effective relationship
    between new clients beginning implementation and
    established clients who are experienced with and
    enjoying the benefits of NetLearning products,
    helping the mentor and the client being mentored
    to communicate and learn through real world
    situations and direct consumer experience.

  • Noun a wise and trusted guide and advisor
  • Verb serve as a teacher or trusted counselor
  • NetLearning Client Mentors Provide

  • Knowledge Sharing!

The NetLearning Client Mentoring Program
  • Provides Real World examples and demonstrations
  • Provides additional support to clients from
    someone in a similar environment and position
  • Encourages open communication between peers

What is expected of a mentor?
  • 10 hours (on average) of mentoring for each
    client assigned
  • Teach, guide and support the assigned clients
  • One-on-one contact with assigned clients
  • Provide an open line of communication for the
    assigned client
  • One year agreement of service

9 Steps of a Mentor
  • Interview with Client Mentoring Coordinator
  • Enroll and Complete NLU Client Mentoring
    Curriculum
  • Pass a Competency Review
  • Matched with a New Client for Mentoring
  • Receive and Respond to Client Mentoring Welcome
    Package (this is where you will sign your Client
    Mentoring Agreement and receive your Benefit!)
  • Meet and Greet Session with New Client
  • Build and Utilize your Mentoring Relationship
  • Updates with Program Coordinator
  • Exit Interview
