• Some drivers deliberately take chances.
• Unsafe drivers put everyone at risk.
• To prevent risk use a process.

• IPDE is low stressed driving.
• The elements identify, predict, decide,
  execute.
• Driving is primarily a thinking task.
• Process information develops hazards and
  conflicts.
• ZCS is an organized method.(Zone Control System)
• ZCSIPDE are low-risk driving behaviors.

• First step in IPDE is identify.
• There are 3 target ranges needed.
• Keep your eyes moving.
• Look for target areas.
• Be carful when changing lanes.
• Watch for traffic controls.

• Predicting involves whats happening around you.
• Driving with traffic laws gives knowledge.
• Driving judges speed, time, distance
  visibility.
• Predicting controls your vehicle possible
  consequences.

• Pay attention to the traffic flow.
• Understand the hazards around you.
• Use body motions to communicate.

• 5 seconds before turning use turn-signal.
• The position of your vehicle communicates
