  • The Dartmouth College Financial PMC provides
    operational oversight and guidance in the
    development and maintenance of the Administrative
    Financial Systems. The committee will work
    closely with Administrative Computing management
    to provide coordination across the many diverse
    business areas consuming the services of the
    Oracle Financial System in accordance with the
    Dartmouth College administrative systems
    operating principles.

Finance/HRMS/Sponsored ProjectsOversight Group
  • Purpose and Scope of Responsibilities The
    Dartmouth College Financial, Human Resources and
    Sponsored Projects Oversight Group provides
    strategic direction and guidance relating to the
    maintenance and enhancement of the Financial,
    Human Resources and Sponsored Projects
    administrative systems at Dartmouth College. The
    committee will work closely with Director of
    Administrative Computing to develop and oversee
    an annual work plan for those systems that are
    supported by resources in Administrative
    Computing. The annual work plan will help to
    ensure that resources are being deployed to the
    highest value and highest priority initiatives,
    and in accordance with the Dartmouth College
    administrative systems operating principles.

Enterprise Systems Review Committee
  • Ensure annual plans align with broader
    institutional direction, forward annual plans to
    Executive Team for review and approval

Executive Team

  • Promote the institutional guiding principles on
    administrative system decisions to all offices in
    the institution.
  • Receive and review the recommendations of the
    Enterprise Systems Review Committee (ESRC) and
    make recommendations to the President on new
    major capital expenditures for technology.
  • Review and approve major IT infrastructure
    changes which are brought by the CIO.
  • Review recommendations from ESRC and decide how
    funds will be applied for new systems and major
    changes.
  • Review and approve major academic and research
    computing systems and enhancements that are
    brought to the committee by the Council on
    Computing, The Research Computing Oversight
    sub-committee and/or the CIO.
