  DUI 11 months earlier.
• Terms of Probation were
• no possession or consumption of alcohol.
• no criminal law violations,
• not to drive without a valid license and
  insurance

• minor in possession of alcohol convictions at
  ages 18 and 19.
• Defendant has two prior warrants for failure to
  appear at court hearings.
