Unitisation - in a nutshell
  • Qualifications BUILT UP by combining a number of
    mandatory and optional units, according to
    agreed/appropriate rules of combination
  • Each unit is assigned a level on national
    qualifications framework (reflecting its
    complexity)
  • Each unit is assigned a credit value based on
    notional learning time, (reflecting the volume
    of study required to complete it)
