8Varietal wines
- 1. Only varieties already classified by Member
States (Art. 24.1 of Regulation No 479/2002) or
by OIV. - Rule for the indication of the variety on PDO/PGO
and on wine without PDO/PGI - Certification and control procedure
- Restrictions by Member States (Art. 60(2) of Reg.
479/2008) - 3. Mixtures of wines from different Member States
cannot indicate grape varieties on the label
unless the concerned MS agree otherwise.
