the opportunity to go abroad. He was involved in
anti-Vietnam protests and never served in the
military.He has also shared that he smoked
marijuana but never inhaled,which is difficult to
accept.

• He won a Rhodes Scholar while at Georgetown
  University. This enabled him to study abroad at
  Oxford University in England.While in England he
  studied government and played rugby.
• When he returned to the U.S. he began law
  school.He graduated in 1973 and returned to the
  Univ. of Arkansas to teach law.

Marriage

• Bill and Hillary were married in 10-11-75
• She was and is a very intelligent lady and had
  the opportunity to teach law at the same
  university.
• It seems to us that this has been a problem for
  many Americans. A successful woman with her own
  career married to a successful man.
• Chelsea their daughter was born on 12-27-80.

  were many scandals.
• Paula Jones accused the governor of many
  inappropriate advances towards her. She
  eventually settled out of court last year.
• Flowers, also came out and said that she had been
  Clintons mistress for twelve years.
• Biggest scandal that came out of this was
• Whitewater. This was a land development deal that
  was to subdivide 230 acres into lots .The
  Clintons seem to have invested little

• Monica Lewinsky was a young intern that became
  emotionally and sexually involved with a popular
  president. This has been the beginning of the end
  for this president that had done so well at
  home.His biggest problems arose when the affair
  became public and he repeatedly denied it,time
  after time.
• He went so far as to deny it, according to Starr
  the independent counsel ,under oath.This now
  brings us to the presidents next problem.

• What constitutes lying under oath? This is now
  the big problem plaguing the senators.We have a
  popular president that is being tried even though
  the majority of the American people believe that
  the problem that was created by the misconduct of
  the president are private and personal matters
  between him and his wife.

Resignation

• The question that now exists is the following.
  Should the president have to resign for his
  misconduct, if he is found guilty? We in our
  class have mixed feelings. Many of us believe
  that he is suppose to be an example for all but
  at the same time know that he is a man like
  everyone else, that makes not one but many
  mistakes and will continue to make them.
• So we have arrived at the following. NO!!!!

How can a man win when his personal life has
been all over the world especially when it was
nobodys business to begin with.
