• Define Hazardous Materials and the risks
  associated with them in an incident describe the
  potential outcome of a hazardous materials
  emergency.
• List methods used to identify the presence of a
  hazardous material and demonstrate the ability to
  use the DOT Emergency Response Guidebook in
  identifying appropriate first responder actions.
