TARGETS

• To do investigations that put aware the existence
  of racial-discrimination.
• To increase employment posibilities for immigrant
  people through the promotion of the bicultural
  employment and professional diversification.
• To start dissemination and public awareness
  actions in order to do easier the acceptance of
  the diversity in the social and labour world.
• To distribute human resources into received
  places.
• To promote intercultural education.
• To act on double discrimination in favour
  immigrant women.

LINE I INVESTIGATION

• To make a diagnosis on the existing labour and
  social conditions in Guadalajara.
• To interest the involved social actors in
  processes of labour insertion.
• To identify social necessities of inmigrant
  population and necessities of the companies in
  the province.
• To know the obstacles derived from racist and
  xenophobe conducts in the labour market.
