C Food-getting

• Cilia pulls bacteria into the oral grove and into
  the gullet
• A food vacuole forms
• Cytoplasmic streaming carries the vacuole through
  the cytoplasm
• Digestive enzymes are added to vacuole, a process
  called intracellular digestion occurs
• Undigested waste is expelled when the vacuole
  touches the membrane at the anal pore
