The CNIPS Administrator is

• The individual who is knowledgeable about staff
  business needs.
• The individual for whom the NSD provides a CNIPS
  User ID and password and security rights to
  create additional User IDs if needed.

The CNIPS User IDs and passwords

• The NSD will send the CNIPS Administrator their
  CNIPS User ID in one e-mail and their password in
  a separate e-mail for security purposes.
• The CNIPS User IDs and passwords are confidential
  and should not to be shared or used by anyone
  other than the user for whom the User ID was
  created.
