  • Career pathways are steps designed
  • to guide students from high school
  • to the workplace, and/or
  • postsecondary education

Hennepin Technical Pathways
  • Consists of a coherent, articulated sequence of
    career/technical courses.
  • Leads to an associate degree, baccalaureate
    degree, an industry-recognized certificate and/or
    licensure.
  • Developed, implemented, and maintained in
    partnership among secondary and postsecondary
    education, business and employers.
  • Available to all students.

Students
  • Receive quality technical education.
  • Work on state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Develop a foundation of technical knowledge and
    skills.
  • Transition into the college environment.

Registration
  • See a high school counselor.
  • Complete the enrollment form.
  • Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday for
    approximately two-hours.
  • Section I 800 to 940 a.m.
  • Section II 1000 to 1140 a.m.
  • Section III 1210 to 115 p.m.
  • Transportation is provided by most member school
    districts.
