  • No national support to the Local Organizations

  • Determine actual membership statistics of JCI
    Switzerland
  • Determine where growth can be achieved
  • Attract new members
  • Create new Local Organizations
  • Develop partnership between Local Organizations
    and local government
  • Give back to the community through national
    project with Junior Achievement Switzerland
  • Increase public awareness of JCI though signature
