Why ILLMP is important

• At Mature State - ILLMP helps meet the EO Promise

• Ensuring broad based consultation planning
  processes that clearly set employment and
  training priorities
• Strengthened local planning linkages with
  government program and budget decisions
• Expanded local mechanisms for inter-governmental
  cooperation
• Increased local capacity for evidence-based and
  strategic labour market planning
• RESULT A robust planning process and strategic
  plan that informs government investment decisions
  to better address the needs of customers
  (individuals, businesses and communities), within
  a culture of shared responsibility and
  accountability.

ILLMP Partners

• New LMPC (Labour Market Planning Committee)
