Objectives

• 1. Analyze trainee performance in terms of a
  discrepancy between the criteria and the present
  level of performance.
• 2. Identify performance problems that lend
  themselves to instructional solutions
  (inservice).
• 3. Locate available instructional materials by
  systematically searching for appropriate
  references.
• 4. Review instructional materials using
  Instructional Materials Checklist and decide to
  adopt, adapt, or reject.
