• Gets committee together to do committee work
• Records committee meeting minutes
• Committee members present
• Research Information
• Decisions (recommendations on what
• and how the work should be done)
• Brings 3 copies of a brief written report to the
  monthly business meeting
• One copy goes to each the president, the
  secretary and one stays with the committee

• Motion is voted on by the group
• Results of motion become part of the minutes
