individual insurers - Able to insure broader range of vehicles ie
highly modified - Stability

- All Aust licenced - most important
- All settle claims locally
64WD Vehicle - 2
- Modified vs Accessorised - the difference?
- Accessories are added to a vehicle - may increase
the overall value - Modifications replace existing components and do
not increase value - Most insurers limit accessories to 10
- Most insurers will not touch modifications
- We allow up to 50 accessories
- We allow most modifications - must be legal
74WD Vehicle - 3
- Agreed value vs Market value
- Market value changes daily, agreed is fixed
- All accessories and modifications should be noted
on both policy types - Noting accessories on a market value policy does
not increase the market value, it simply notes
them in case of theft etc. - Agreed value usually costs more as you are
insuring for a higher figure - Market value is OK if few accessories
84WD Vehicle - 4
