7th November 1882 Three girls . I have
punished today after being cautioned for coming
upstairs at the ringing of the bell, and romping
in a very improper manner with the boy who rings
the bell.
An elder sister came at 12.30 and again at 1.30
and was so abusive and used such improper
language that I refused to have the children
again without an apology and have written to the
father to that effect.

occurred on Saturday morning. The certificate
gives the cause as choleric diarrhoea.  6th July
