- WRPPHP tweaked document to better suit your
needs. - Based on response sections of our Pandemic
Influenza Plan (Communications, Command and
Management, Community Containment and Mitigation,
Surveillance and Investigation, Antiviral,
Vaccine, and Continuity of Public Health Service) - Comments can be made from a state, regional, and
local perspective. - This document needs to be posted to both the HAN
and CAP. - Corrective Actions identified need to be entered
into the CAP system and tracked.

- Standardized way to enter, monitor, update and
show completion of Corrective Actions. - These corrective actions should drive future
exercises/events (the need to re-evaluate those

involves needles, blood donations, throwing salt

in both shins.

system) - You will need to identify yourself and your
agency they will take care of the rest. - Id recommend being politely persistent. . .

- For H1N1 AAR/IP Completed and posted within 60
days of when your LPHA returned to normal - For CAP system (corrective actions entered
within two weeks of AAR/IP being completed) - For corrective actions once they are entered in
to CAPS (180 days to show progress towards
completion). Automated emails will remind you

- WRPPHP will send out H1N1 AAR/IP for LPHA to
complete. We encourage you to include partners
in this process! - Each HO or designee will be contacted via phone
to complete Performance Measures requirements
(except Pierce/St. Croix)
