• Employers and their organizations have critical
  role to play
• Need to be aware of corporate social
  responsibility and what this really means
• International trade union solidarity
• Trade agreements and codes of conduct have an
  impact in terms of implementation and monitoring
  only unions must be part of this process
• Dialogue can be proactive as well as ad hoc
  prevention is better

  literary and performing arts and campaigning
• Aims to deepen young peoples understanding of
  the issues and provide them with powerful tools
  of self-expression
• Moves beyond the purely academic and intellectual
  into the creative and emotional depths of the
  individual
• Enhances the social and personal development of
  young people

• Involves people from the community with
  particular skills and experience to assist
  pedagogical process
• Encourages the inclusion of representatives of
  stakeholder groups

  commitment and motivation
• Requires a multifaceted approach involving all
  actors in society, including trade unions and
  young people
• Need to change behaviour and attitudes this can
  only be done through education
• Education For All means for all, including the
  marginalized and excluded
