• AHA Supports this concept subject to terms
  defined in an
• amendment
• to the MASTER agreement between
• AHA and MTN.

LEGAL OPINION

• Legal will support the concept. Amending the
  existing
• agreement will
• present definitional
• challenges relating to REIMBURSEMENT
• and a significant expansion of the current
  terminology that
• now authorizes
• TRAINING OF NON MILITARY PERSONEL

WHAT CARDS THAT WILL BE ISSUED

• The only card that will be issued is the MTN card

ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• TS- - Responsible for instruction and recording
• MTN- - Responsible for modifying the reporting
  format and overall administrative control of
  program per AHA guidance.

FUNDING REQUIREMENTS

• Current funding source OTSG
• 60,000/service/year with a total annual budget
  of 180,000.00
• Program must SELF FUND

COST

• MTN must recover the cost of the cards, modifying
  forms and overall tracking of the program
• 5-10/Student

MTN RECOMMENDATION

• Move forward
• Draft Amendment
• Test 5/Student with ability to adjust at MTNs
  discretion
• Make necessary adjustments and ROLL OUT
