Project status...

• Revised project plan approved end Nov 99, with
  revised budget of approximately 7M (up from
  4.7M).
• New project management -- Bev Bryant of KPMG.
• Setup with new Chart-of-Accounts nearly complete.
• Data load for three departments (including
  Physics and Engineering) will take place next
  week.
• User acceptance testing during March (this year).
• On course for 1st August go-live.
• Group representatives meeting on 31st Jan.
• Will be requiring fairly rapid response to
  requests for information relating to Physics
  department setup -- e.g updating lists of staff
  who will have purchasing authority, additional
  information about grants which is not currently
  held in the Old Schools system, etc.

• Each session will be from 2.15 - 3.45 pm.
