Breast Patty Factors Placing Class
The two activities in this PowerPoint are to
prepare students to evaluate chicken breast
patties in the FFA poultry CDE. The first
activity is to determine defects of breast
patties. The second activity will ask students to
rank the patties from best to worst, 1st to 4th.
