Consumer-Driven Health Plans (CDHP)
Consumer-driven health plans typically offer
reduced premium costs, in exchange for a higher
deductible. CDHPs provide members with a
personal account, such as a health savings
account (HSA), or a health reimbursement
arrangement (HRA), from which they pay medical
expenses directly.
