(POCC)
  • Planning is the activity through which are
    evaluated, messured and distributed the material
    and human resources, companies tangible and
    intangible assets on short, medium and long term.
  • Organisation analysing, designing, implementing
    the activity of a company
  • Command (Decision) means analysing, preparing,
    elaborating, taking and passing over decisions
    through companies information and communication
    system.
  • Control means monitoring, checking, reporting
    and protecting all companies activities.
    mManagement also means regular and permanent
    mobile control operations.
