• Training the EPOC (SJF HQ) is an unfunded
  requirement
• HQ USEUCOM trains at Components largess
• Reduction in Strategic footprint will also reduce
  total Component Incremental funding
• Collaborative Planning Tools
• Will require 100 trained staff at all levels
• Will drive increased training requirement at all
  command levels
• Agile C2 Architectures
• Expect training costs to ramp upward
• Training all C2 levels in collaborative tools
• Increased STRATLIFT costs for rotational /
  expeditionary forces
• Increased requirement for individual, small
  element and collective training

• JNTC CONOPS for USEUCOM AOR
• Integrating USEUCOM infrastructure into the JNTC
