  and draw conclusions using a case study
• Demonstrate how to reshape and model your
  schools verification foundation

Part 1 Starting From the Ground Up With the
ISIR Analysis Tool

• Access the ISIR Analysis Tool
• Identify ISIR records to analyze
• Create ASCII file(s)
• Upload and validate records

Part 2 Developing the Blueprint Using Reports
in the ISIR Analysis Tool

• Navigate through the ISIR Analysis Tool
• Run the eight standard reports available in the
  Tool
• Complete worksheet for each report

Part 3 Laying The Foundation

• Use a Case-Study to identify and analyze the top
  ISIR element changes for the school
• Run Two Standard Reports the Field Change Report
  and the Field Increment Report
• Narrow the focus of analysis on Dependent
  students, Pell eligible, had a Pell change, and
  parents are estimated filers

Part 4 Building A Sound Structure

• Use data collected in Part three to analyze one
  of the schools discretionary verification
  criteria
• Determine if existing criteria should be modified
  or kept as is
• Discuss analysis results with group
