  MIDI Company (Australia).

• Today Master-Profy, LLC is a group of
  companies, rendering its services of master
  contracts and master engineering, manufacturing a
  row of construction materials and is busy with
  complex supply of materials for needs of oil and
  gas industry, rendering service of on-line
  quality mounting of sandwich panel of its own and
  side manufacturing using telescopic loaders with
  vacuum module Merlo Roto 38.16S (Italy).
• During our working experience we realized a row
  of objects in Vologda, Cherepovets,
  Saint-Petersburg and North regions. Objects
  constructed by Master-Profy Company are
  industrial promises, warehouse complexes, trading
  and entertainment buildings and business centers.

  most ambitious project for the last 5 years that
  is construction of a number of cities for
  oil-industry workers with full infrastructure in
  Noviy Urengoi (Complex supply of materials and

• Modern experience of construction shows that
  triplex glued sandwich panel on the rock wool
  basis is at present time an only material for
  construction of enclosing contour of
  quick-erection buildings for industrial and
  warehousing purposes.
• By nowadays paradoxical situation formed in
  Saint-Petersburg the market is supersaturated
  with sandwich panels manufacturers. Apparent
  simplicity of sandwich panels manufacturing with
  relatively high price creates illusion of
  business profitability. In reality the abundance
  of producers creates tough competition, which in
  its turn leads to declining of corporate culture
  due to application of low quality materials and
  handicraft equipment. As a result of it both a
  manufacturer and a customer suffers. Risks in
  buying a shipment of low quality panels grow up.
  As for Master-Profy Company, it initially
  installed a high level of quality for itself.
  For this purpose high-performance equipment of
  conveyer type has been purchased from Australian
  company MDI. The Company uses only quality
  materials for production of sandwich panels.
  This is cold rolled hot-dip-galvanized steel with
  polymeric and zinc-aluminum coating, manufactured
  by Ruukki Company, Finland Arcelor Belgium
  Corus, England Miriad, France. Steel produced by
  Severstal Company, Russia, can be applied for the
  inner side of panels. Rock wool produced by
  company Paroc (Finland), Rockwool (Poland) is
  used as filler.

• Filler and steel is glued with two-component
  urethane glue Huntsman, Netherlands. The Company
  offers mounting hardware (spike-nails,
  self-tapping screws) for panel fastening. Due to
  coming of companies from Europe and Southeast
  Asia to the market the assortment of fasteners
  has been widened recently. Quality of such
  products is different. In this situation the
  company advised to be more responsible while
  buying mounting hardware since corrosion
  resistance of self-tapping screws directly
  affects the reliability and longevity of
  enclosing contour of building. In the context of
  the talk about panels quality it is worth
  mentioning about production method. The equipment
  is technology intensive, automated and operated
  with a computer.
• Processing line is equipped with automatic
  filler pusher, which forms perfectly even
  covering without gaps between lamels. Lamels are
  square pieces of rock wool, produced in process
  of wool mat cutting. Cutting is necessary as in
  source material fiber is arranged in horizontal
  way. During cutting the required thickness of
  insulant and vertical fiber orientation is
  obtained. Vertical orientation of fiber in panel
  excludes ripping of steel from wool in ready
  assembled panels since while heating up on the
  Sun metal is featured with linear extension.
  Personnel, inconsiderable in number, working on
  the line has passed necessary training in
  European countries.

• The mill Master-Profy producing sandwich panels
  under the trade mark Mapro constitutes a group of
  companies with activity connected to master
  contract, production of construction materials,
  leasing of construction equipment and
  construction works. If necessary the client can
  obtain a building owner, a designer, a main works
  contractor, a supplier of materials and an
  erection gang represented by Master-Profy Company
  group.
• Master-Profy uses a new Merlo telescopic loader
  equipped with special vacuum gripper for sandwich
  panels in assembling works. Distinct structure of
  organization, qualified personal and reliable
  up-to-date facility makes it possible for the
  company to solve any constructional problems
  just-in-time and with proper quality. It is worth
  to mention that for the years of work the company
  did not receive a single return of shipped
  product. Indicator of product quality is that

  for production of front faces and AGRISOVGAZ for

• TATPROF and AGRISOVGAZ systems, originally

  world analogues, are pressed of domestic raw
  material at Russian mills. They are unified and
  processible systems with wide possibilities
  including considering deviations appearing in
  real life in design documents or in building
  modifications.

Steel constructions production

• Master-Profy steel-construction mill was
  founded in 2004 on the base of production of
  Mapro sandwich panels. Production of steel
  constructions was a logical extension of general
  contractor organization activity having a number
  of plants of enclose contour (i.e. corrugated
  board, sandwich panels, translucent structures).
  The mill is involved in production of general and
  complicated steel constructions, such as frame
  works, beams, pillars, girders, hammer beams,
  part of heavy-gage steel using flame cutting,
  welded I-beams of right-lined and variable
  cross-section, used in construction of buildings
  for industrial, warehousing, and trading
  purposes.
• Size ratio of our workshops makes it possible
  to produce 400 tones of steel structures monthly.
  General area of our mill makes 1.5 ha where
  3000m2 are occupied under production buildings.

  welding of metal structures all welding seams are
  passed ultrasound control.
• Metal storage and finished metal structure
  area, including those non-standard structures is
  equipped with two gantry cranes of load carrying
  capacity of 7 tones. A separate branch of rail
  road line is located on the enterprise territory.

• Shaped sheet is made with modern automated
  equipment, providing high quality of finished
  product.

  works (Severstal, Cherepovets)
• - zinc-coated steel with polymeric coating

  color tints- cold-rolled sheet material.
• Production of shaped sheet from material
  supplied by customer is also possible including
  that of corrosion-resistant steel and rolled
  aluminum.
• Steel thickness from 0.5 up to 1.0 mm Sheet
  length as per customers size. We can make
  cutting-to-length of coiled steel to produce

• Walls
• Walls are built up by airproof fastening of wall
  sandwich panels Mapro to the backbone with
  bounded cutouts for mounting windows and doors.
  Outer and inner surface of panels is made of
  galvanized steel sheet, painted with high-duty
  coating type of coating (standard type is
  polyester coating) and its color is determined
  when ordering. Rock wool slab of different thick
  is used as insulation.

• Interior furnishing
• Interior finishing of block-container is
  determined according to its function. Inner side
  of walls is formed with inner surface of wall
  panel, its color is determined when ordering and
  can be different. Ceiling of premise is made of
  water-resistant solid plywood, laminated with

• Windows and doors
• Sizes, location of windows and doors are
  determined individually by customer. PVC-profile
  of German company KBE or aluminum profile is used
  as a material. Windows and doors are made
  directly at the factory therefore when placing
  order, our specialists will help you to choose
  optimal configuration in each separate case.

• Heating, lighting, electric power supply
• Depending upon customer wishes the illuminators,
  electric heaters, air conditioners, ventilators,
  sockets can be mounted into block-container.
  Whole electric wiring is hidden in PVC-ducting.
  Sewage and water-supply pipes are made of PVC and
  are featured with outlets for further connecting
  to the external supply lines.
