• Certification has been delayed due to fiscal
  year-end processing activities
• Additional staff has been assigned to work on
  certification
• Review readiness of interfaces on attached
  schedule
• Last phase of testing User Acceptance Testing
  will begin in August
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for interfaces will
  begin on August 21
• Those who have not passed the simulated
  production testing must first pass the
  preliminary testing before sending a full-size
  parallel file for UAT

• As of 8/9/06, all test files must
• Use the vendor crosswalk file created using data
  as of 7/31/06
• Be transmitted using the secure Momentum test
  server
• Be accompanied by an INF file and a BIE online
  entry

• User Acceptance Testing Guidelines
• Use parallel production files
• Use 7/31/06 vendor and customer crosswalk files
• Agency will FTP files and email Kishore include
  the date the file was originally processed in
  production
• INF control file will be required, must use
  correct unit code
• Each interface is assigned a processing date for
  testing purposes (see attached integration
  schedule doc.)
• Agency files due no later than noon (August
  21-25) on their scheduled submission date
• INF batch id and import date must reflect
  assigned test date
• INF and document file names must reflect assigned
  test date

• The following must have the same date
• Document file name
• INF file name
• INF batch id
• INF import date
• BIE import date
• GAX files must include the country code null or
  a value
• Payment feedback file will be provided
• PDF file of sample checks will be provided

• Test check distribution category, if appropriate
• MRS Tax refunds requiring special envelopes
• MRSF Tax refunds with foreign address
• FOR Foreign address
• MS DHHS provider payments, courier pickup
• TR Delivery to Treasury for agency pickup,
  requires pre-approval from Controllers Office
• Scheduled payment date edit
• Sched. Payment date must be or gt system date
• Edit will be relaxed to accommodate integrated
  testing
• Agency will make BIE entry online
• File and batch id naming conventions must be
  followed

• Many interface files are failing because they
  lack a valid Batch Interface Entry
• Once the interface file is transmitted, it is
  vital that the BIE entry be made before noon on
  the day it is to be processed
• Technical staff must communicate with the
  business staff
• BIE entries must be made in the correct test
  environment

• Simulated production testing was done in the
  production environment.
• As of 7/24/06 the production environment is being
  readied for 8/14/06 go-live of Vendor
  Self-Service. - No longer available for
  testing
• 7/24/06 8/8/06 interface testing will take
  place in our integrated testing environment
• 8/9/06 All testing will be done in new testing
  environment using new 7/31/06 vendor crosswalk
  file
• New URLS will be provided to business staff for
  online BIE entries

• During VSS implementation a vendor crosswalk will
  be generated using 7/31/06 MFASIS data
• This is the final vendor conversion from MFASIS,
  it will contain the final go-live vendor codes
• New vendors added to MFASIS will be appended to
  the 7/31/06 vendor crosswalk file until Sept 30
• Vendor crosswalk will be frozen on 9/30/06

• We will notify you when the production Momentum
