• If a wreck occurs with just one car the officer
  will fill out the first two panes of the system
  program.
• If a wreck occurs between two cars the officer
  will fill out the first two panes of the system.
  Then they will click the add a participant
  button. They will then fill out this pane with
  the second cars information.
• If a wreck occurs between two cars and a homeless
  person is hit the officer will fill out the first
  two panes of the system. Then they will click
  the add another add a participant button. They
  will then fill out this pane with the second
  cars information. Then they will click the add
  a participant button. They will then fill out
  this pane with the persons information.
