Shift Duties at MFL

• Short term/Mesoscale shift
• Updates ZFP, CWF and web images
  when needed.
• Produces and issues the FWF and FWM.
• Produces and issues the SFP.
• Long term/Synoptic Shift
• Produces and issues the ZFP,
  CWF,RDF,CCF and MVF.
• Dayshift extends grids out for the
  new day 7 before noon.
• Midnight shift is just an update of
  the Dayshift public and marine products.
• All work done in Linux RPP Box and then sent to
  the AWIPS 5.2.2 LX1 Box using ifpnetCdf, RCP,
  and iscMosaic script.
• All products created and sent from GFE/4.2 XNOW
  interface.
• Exception SAF/SFT will be added soon.
