TEAM delivers distinct value in three ways. We
provide   New connections for small and midsize
companieshelping them participate in local
workforce resource networks as well as
government-funded workforce development
programs. Expanded reach for public and
nonprofit agencieshelping them efficiently
engage and effectively serve more workforce
members.   Easy access to opportunities for
lower-wage employeeshelping them access
on-the-job supports and advance through training
and education programs.

networks advancing the TEAM model across a
broader geography. Example West Michigan TEAM
  National networkthe group of all regional
networks, affiliate networks, and consortiums
advancing the TEAM model.
