BOOKLET!)
In the rhythm box each box equals ONE BEAT. Also
each group of notes adds up to ONE BEAT!
Put one group of notes into each box. Try to use
every group at least once the fill up the rest of
the boxes choosing any. Using notes C D E F G
A B Write the letter names under the notes. Start
and end with the note C. Rehearse your rhythm
box and be able to perform it in your next music
lesson. (Rhythm only if you have no keyboard at
home).

EXTENSION EXERCISES
Rehearse your rhythm box on a keyboard or
instrument of your choice at home. Dont forget
to bring in the instrument to perform in next
weeks music lesson. IF YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO
ADD CHORDS TO A TUNE Using the chords C
F and G, add chords to your tune in the grey
shaded boxes in left hand corners. Begin and end
on Chord C. You do not have to fill in all the
chord boxes.
