The content of the programme

• The programme started in July 2004
• The programme includes a five-day training
  study visit on harm reduction issues at the Villa
  Maraini in Rome, Italy
• NSs start or improve Harm Reduction activities in
  their own countries

• in acceptance, introduction and importance of
  harm reduction activities

Where we are at the moment

• Three courses have already been held
• July 2004, February and April 2005
• The next will be in the first week of October,
  delegates from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
