- The programme started in July 2004
- The programme includes a five-day training
study visit on harm reduction issues at the Villa
Maraini in Rome, Italy - NSs start or improve Harm Reduction activities in
their own countries

- in acceptance, introduction and importance of
harm reduction activities -
